Public bug reported: This is a usability bug. I am using Ubuntu 13.10 64bit on the desktop (not phone). I decided to see how the webbrowser had progressed, and reinstalled it and tried to use it. Obviously, there is a lot of work that will need to be done to make it ready for the desktop, and quite a bit to make it ready for the phone as well, however I discovered when there was something on the bottom of the page, it was VERY hard, or occasionally impossible to click it, as the toolbar will pop up when I click down there, rather than the link I was trying to get to (duckduckgo.com, the bottom right hand link) It seems that the toolbar should push the screen up (or something similar) in order to make those tiny links possible to click/tap.
