Binary package hint: update-manager

Upgrade install hung on wvdial requiring ctrl-c to kill post-
installation script.  Upgrade hung again on ubuntu-desktop install
indicating 'dependency problems - leaving unconfigured.'  Upgrade was
mode to a new Edgy installation updated with available updates as of
8-13-07.  Only the operating system and associated programs were
installed on the computer (Sager 8880P 512 MB RAM, 600MD swap, 6.7G ext
partition).
