Binary package hint: compiz
With 'normal desktop effects' enabled (the default in Gutsy tribe 4),
the arrow keys don't do anything in conjunction with CTRL-SHIFT anymore.
CTRL-SHIFT + an arrow normally selects text (eg one word at a time if
you use the left or right arrows).
This affects gedit, Firefox, etc.
