Please note that rev 10 of the patch uses debug mode ("-d"), which
Arthur (the upstream maintainer) does not recommend. I've attached
another patch rev that follows the upstream recommendation by using the
foreground ("-n") commandline switch. It is otherwise identical to patch
rev 10.
