** Description changed:
When shutting down, the server does not power itself off at the end.
Instead it stays at "Power down." Reboot works as expected.
- H67 chipset (MSI H67MA-E45 motherboard), Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge CPU.
- New server, installed fresh with precise beta 1, but hasn't been tested
- with kernels previous to 3.2, so I don't know if it's a regression or
- not.
