Hello, quite often these can be 'fixed' by deleting the offending file.
Sometimes these are the first indication administrations may have that
their hardware is dying. I suggest checking dmesg output to see if your
drives have reported errors.

Also try: sudo rm
/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_saucy_main_source_Sources
