This is the same issue as bug #1014831, which you also opened. bug
#1014831 explains that this is not a bug, removing the file using the
method illustrated in bug #1014831 will remove the file.
Invalid, and refer back to bug #1014831 as for the reasons behind the
invalidity. As was said before, this is not a bug, the file is immutable
in order to prevent indiscriminate removal of the file.
