Ok. I can reproduce this bug now.

The way to go is after i turn my computer back on from sleep, the
bluetooth mouse will be stuck in a connected mode. It won't reconnect
successfully if i let it be. So I click disconnect and connect again
(after putting my mouse in host finding mode). The first trial probably
wouldn't connect, and when it does (second/third trial), it locks the
system on success.

Very annoying.
