Flash player crashes very often, especially watching videos on Youtube.
It's almost impossible to watch a video without having it crash a couple
of times.
Switching full screen mode on and off, reloading a video, and video
buffering, seem to be a few things that increase the probability of
crashing.
Additionally, the "send crash report" option almost always fails.
