My laptop is HP ENVY dv6. Since the upgrade to 13.10 WiFi isn't working reliably anymore; today I'm using 3.11.0-14-generic kernel . The only way I can manage to work around the WiFi los is by changing the authentication method on our AP to WEP(!). Any other authentication is broken. WiFi signal is weak even at a close range. I tried also #125 and upgrading the kernel to 3.12 to no avail. On 13.04 WiFi was working quite well.
