Please sync libwpg 0.2.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for AArch64.
The new upstream updated config.{sub,guess}, so this delta is no longer
necessary.
