Hello Ivan,
unfortunately, after returned to Dell for a hardware fix, this system
was replaced by 201308-14111, same model but different configs.
Also, I cannot reproduce this issue on 201308-14111 (12.10 + 3.5.0-43)
Base on these reasons, I'll mark this bug as Invalid
