Public bug reported:

debian-archive-keyring is too old. The result being that, once
installed, debootstrap will fail for Debian Testing.

$ sudo debootstrap testing ./testing http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/

The package available in precise-backports works fine but this would
mean a user enabling backports, which upgrades any and all packages that
have a newer backports releases. This is not always desirable.
