Wow wtf, a reply! Lol am honestly surprised and shocked. It's cool about the bug. Annoying but whatever. It's a 7 year old PC. I needed the drivers to stop graphics fan from running at full speed all the time. But someone posted a roundabout work around, which set the computer or graphics profile to low power mode and that reduced the fan to slower speed and just be less noisy.
