Public bug reported:
After leaving my workstation for a while, and then returning, my USB
keyboard and USB mouse stop working. Actually, all USB ports stop
working.
The peripherals are plugged into the USB hub on my monitor. When I
return, and the monitor wakes up, USB is dead. Plugging them into other
USB ports has no effect.
As far as I can tell, the only way to fix this is to reboot. Is there a
better workaround, like removing and reinserting a kernel module? I
tried this with "ahci", but it gives me "Error: Module ahci is in use".
Having to reboot every time is quite bothersome.
