Public bug reported:
When I unroll drawer placed on my panel, it unrolls not in front (as I would
expect and as it is with desktop effects turned off), but behind the active
window.
I'm using intel integrated graphics card (recognized by Ubuntu as Mobile
945GM/PM/GMS/940GML and 945GT Express Memory Controller Hub)
