Tks for the info above.
However i need some clarification about your explanation as i am not an advance 
Linux user.
1) I got that Realtek codec parser  takes the headphone output as primary at 
first which generates the issue.
2) It seems that there is a patch to fix this issue ( see kernel link) but I 
should do to get it? Click on this link :  sound/pci/hda/patch_realtek.c   22? 
then what I should do?
3) what is the next step of the procedure? It s all alien language fome:(
4) As for docking station i dont have got any
5) By the way, just noticed that the sound icon disappeared from the screen + 
when I opened the system settings to manage the sound settings I noticed that 
my built-in speakers are not recognized and mentioned anymore + no possibility 
to launch a sound test anymore + plus input sound test doesnt react at all 
anymore, howerver if I plug a headset I can still get sound but cannot control 
its volume anymore :(
