I think this may be fixed with r28. I seem to have had a very stable,
reliable 3G connection all of today. Other than the phone not connecting
to the phone network at all if it's not already connected to WiFi, it
seems to be working well. I'll keep an eye out, and reopen if I
experience the problem after that problem is fixed.
