Public bug reported:

Every time I tried to install Ubuntu 13.10 in a hard disk partition (in
the other one Windows 7 starter is installed), at the end of the
installation process it craches. Just for information: the computer is
an Asus Eee Pc 1015bx, and I tried to install Ubuntu from USB. Before
the installation process (entering in the Ubuntu live), every time I
tried to do it, a black screen with "Could not open
"\EFI\BOOT\fallback.efi": 14" written has occurred.
