The toolkit changes were reverted so ignore that. The issue remains in
build 32.

Setting containerHeight: itemHeight * 8 on the soundSelector seems to
resolve the issue but that should not be necessary. I wonder if there is
some race between expanding and populating the list. The itemSelector
sets the height on the expanded state change.

As for the SoundsList.qml, the Flickable can be removed and the
ItemSelector put into the existing Column.
