Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
O.S. Ubuntu Gutsy updated on 08/15/2007
Driver = "intel" (instead of "i810")
If enable the Desktop Effects and then right click on the GNOME panel, I
get an empty drop down menu (e.g. I can't add a panel applet). However
if I right click on an empty space or on a file or folder on the Desktop
the drop down menu works well.
