Darek, because this issue cannot be dealt with in a proper manner due to
your refusal to update your BIOS, upstream and downstream is not in the
position of working around outdated and buggy BIOS problems, unless
outstanding and extenuating circumstances exist. Your refusal to update
your BIOS because you don't feel like it doesn't fit this criteria. If
you would like your issue addressed, please advise on the results of
