Public bug reported:
Installed keepass2 (2.24+dfsg-1) using first ubuntu software center,
then using terminal. In both cases, when trying to invoke "open - file"
for the first time, the desktop crashed and was sent to the log in
screen. Running Ubuntu 13.10 with all current updates installed.
