I did the following but there is no gmailfs.py package

ii gmailfs 0.8-2 Use your GMail account as a
filesystem
According to
http://richard.jones.name/google-hacks/gmail-filesystem/gmail-filesystem-using.html
there should have been a gmailfs.py package which does not show up in the
list.
I still followed up the instructions for using gmail filesystem and it
didn't work obviously. Either the documentation is outdated or something
else.
There is a man about mount.gmailfs but nothing about gmailfs.py
