This also occurs in Mint 14 I found a post with a workaround for this bug. It was posted by Sooz Not OpenSuse at http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-1901371.html I removed USBmount as suggested and I can again load songs onto my ipod There are errors that pop up, but acknowledging them still loads the songs
