Binary package hint: system-config-printer
If the "Share published printers connected to this system" checkbox,
under the "Server Settings" tab, is not selected, then below the
"Shared" checkbox, for any given printer, there is text saying "Not
published" and "See server settings". Checking the "Share published
printers connected to this system" checkbox does not rid of the "Not
published" and "See server settings" text, however, until a restart of
system-config-printer.
