Public bug reported:

I hit Super+E or Super+W while Xubuntu was launching, because I wanted
to start the web browser or the editor quickly. The bug reporting
process keeps telling me that I have a bug, and that there has been a
problem, so it tries to report the same bug every time I start Xubuntu.
