it is unlikely that you perform test without anying plug into headphone
jack or Line out jack

do the following command return 0x80000000 when you hp/speaker plugged
into following jacks and return 0 when you unplugged

Line Out (black)

hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x15 GET_PIN_SENSE 0


Line Out (orange)

hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x16 GET_PIN_SENSE 0


Line Out (grey)

hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x16 GET_PIN_SENSE 0
