The recent upload of quassel 0.9.2-0ubuntu2 appears to have made the
quassel-client-qt4 package unupgradable:

This is because quassel-client-qt4 Depends: quassel-data and Recommends:
quassel-qt4-data. You can upgrade the packages by choosing to leave the
Recommends: unsatisfied, but that isn't ideal.
The changelog of the most recent upload indicates:
* Make quassel-data and quassel-qt4-data conflict as they ship common files.
However, my `dpkg -L` of each package doesn't seem to indicate any
common **files** are shipped, just common **directories**, which
shouldn't be a problem.
Thus I think we should drop the Conflicts:.
