Availability: In universe, and builds on all platforms.
Rationale: The unity-voice service will be used by HUD on the phone.
Quality assurance: There is a unit test suite, and autopilot test suite.
It does not run as root. It does not require configuration.
UI standards: Has no user interface.
Dependencies: All dependencies are in main already.
Maintenance: This will be maintained by the unity-api-team, with me as
the most likely bug fixer.
