Same problem in Ubuntu 12.04.3 with Remmina compiled from source master

I found a workaround for this problem changing the Gtk theme. Apparently
Remmina's text cursor color uses the nbg_color variable from
/usr/share/themes/Ambiance/gtk-3.0/settings.ini.
