Under the gear icon in the menu bar are the entries Restart... and Shut
Down...
Restart... invokes a popup titled "Shut Down", with icons for restart
and shutdown, with shutdown highlighted. This is exactly what the Shut
Down... menu entry does.
Ubuntu 12.04 doesn't have the Restart... entry, so either this entry
should be removed in Trusty 14.04, or the title and default icon for
Restart should be changed.
