beautifulsoup is seeded in ubuntu-server, but has no other reverse
dependencies. If we promote beatufulsoup4, that seed should be updated.
Best not to have two copies of beautifulsoup in main.

Would there be a problem switching to 4.x for the server image?

Besides that, it seems fine. Has tests that run, mostly in sync, no
important bugs, has a bug subscriber, simple packaging, doesn't do its
own parsing.

** Changed in: beautifulsoup4 (Ubuntu)
