Public bug reported:

After any boot the configurations of the keyboard and the Text Entry
menu is are not recognized.

My keyboard has an Spanish configuration, but after turn on the computer
the configuration is set on Spanish but not working.

I have find a *turn around* to this issue (uploaded a video here and
also on YT: http://youtu.be/v2bu1fohmvI)

You can see (in the video) that I get the '@' character with the default
combination, but after Add and Remove any language on the Text Entry
menu, the Spanish configuration is recognized and I can then get the '@'
char.

** Affects: console-setup (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Screencast as example of how does this happens with the @
character"
