Anonymous Linux User, this unfortunately is a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1259423 .The root
issue is that AMD has decided not to develop the fglrx driver further
for your chipset as documented in that report. I'll mark this a
duplicate of it and thank you for reporting this.
