Public bug reported: Had a couple of windows open in a workspace - it was workspace 3, as it happens. One of the open windows was Thunar - call it window A. The other, probably Gedit - call it window B. I was closing down: routine, closing windows. Various windows were open in various workspaces. I Was just closing windows and not paying much attention to what they were.
On closing window B, the Thunar window A maximized to fill the whole screen. It even covered the xfce4-panel. It's title bar was not visible. So it could not be closed or minimized.
