keyboard doesn't work correctly for two functions
1) Manual entry of UniKey characters no longer works
In all applications Ctrl+Shift U0nnnn no longer enters UniKey characters
regardless of application; terminal, Firefox, Chrome, gedit, LO Write,
etc...
2) When viewing workspaces with WinKey+S activating a workspace with the
enter key works only with the enter key on the home row. The enter key
on the numeric keypad no longer works to activate the selected
workspace.
