As explained in <https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-
release/2013-December/002675.html>, the bitcoin package is not
supportable in a stable release because it requires arbitrary updates to
keep in sync with the larger bitcoin network. Since prior attempts to
SRU the package failed due to lack of validation
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bitcoin/+bug/1159832), we
should just remove bitcoin and blacklist it.
