Christopher, I did not experience the crash in Raring either. As with Precise, I left the system running for a couple hours and did different tasks to load the system (that's the best method I have for reproducing the crash). To be sure, I then reinstalled 13.10 and got the crash within 5 minutes. So I'm pretty confident in saying it is neither present in Precise nor Raring.
