I have also tried Tino's workaround, and it has no effect for me too. But I could disable the overlay scrollbar with the next command:
gsettings set com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode normal (enable works with the command: gsettings reset com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode as Tino has mentioned) With this workaround I can get the traditional scrollbar in gnumeric (no restart needed), but it is not a real solution. ubuntu 13.10 gnumeric 1.12.6 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1158763 Title: Overlay Scrollbars are not present To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnumeric/+bug/1158763/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
