Machine check events are often fatal; sometimes the system can work around them (in the case of CPU cache read failures) but sometimes they will cause an instant reboot without any workarounds possible. Your hard drive also looks unhappy -- it may or may not be related to the machine check events. I believe you have failing hardware. Sorry.
