Please provide details of the exact image type and version numbers
(.disk/info) and steps to reproduce the problem?

shortcut is present.

[*] alternate oem amd64 did go red with 21st december image, but that
hasn't been verified yet, there have been networking issues in the lab
over the past 2 days.
