Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. It doesn't make much sense to change it, if you click in
the "Change Desktop Background" it open the gnome-appearance-properties
in the background tab so i don't get it why it should have another name.
Anyways if you want to, you can fill a bug report about this in
