Hello! I'm still facing this issue, but don't know if I should re-open this bug. Apport has submitted a few bug reports for me, but I don't know how to tie these bug reports to my launchpad account if that makes sense.
output of sudo dmidecode -s bios-version returns A13 which is "newer" than A11 that Dan Walsh is using.
