Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/patches:
- 01_openbox_3.5.2_fix.patch: From upstream, fix building with openbox 3.5.2.
* debian/control:
- Set build depends on openbox >= 3.5.2.
* Switch to unversioned libmenu-cache-dev build dependency
- update debian/control
* Switch Vcs-* to XS-Debian-Vcs-*
- update debian/control
patch fixed upstream, build deps not needed, vcs not needed if no other changes
are introduced
