I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with upstart 1.11-0ubuntu1 and some
combinations in the "start on" stanza (it seems like mounted (maybe with
MOUNTPOINT) and another condition) can cause the boot to hang. Here is
an example script:
exec true
start on (mounted MOUNTPOINT=/) and runlevel [2345]
** Affects: upstart (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
