Please sync sinfo 0.0.47-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No change rebuild for Boost 1.54 transition.
  * Drop -mt suffix from boost libraries.
  * Drop -mt suffix from boost libraries.

Ubuntu changes have been merged in Debian.
drop-mt-from-boost.patch -> 
0002-Don-t-link-with-mt-suffix-since-boost-1.54-no-longer.patch
