Thanks Mr Khan

I had purged this package a long time ago, and Ive forgotten this bug
report which is actually a duplicate from
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/988509 that is bigger and strongly
discussed.

Removing samba4 solved the problem, but the complement is important to
keep the functionality: sudo apt-get install samba.

Some users related within the older post that samba4 is experimental, but
somehow it is the ubuntu 12.4 suggested package:
"arantes@arantes:~$ samba -V
O programa 'samba' não está instalado no momento. Você pode instalá-lo
digitando:
sudo apt-get install samba4
"
Free-translation: The program 'samba' isn't installed. You can install it
typing: sudo apt-get install samba4.

I think this should be corrected to: apt-get install samba. Which I
believe must return the last stable version.

Thanks
