After Openstack update from Grizzy to Havana could not start new
instance.
cat /var/log/libvirt/qemu/instance-0000002b.log

qemu: could not load PC BIOS 'bios.bin'

As workaround I have installed seabios package and copy files
cp /usr/share/seabios/*bin /usr/share/qemu-kvm/
Single bios.bin file is not enough because after VNC connection instance
failed.
