I was checking new packages to make sure they Installed and worked
properly and found some errors and broken packages

In Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
kernel 3.13 RC6
Broken Packages:
"GNOME-maps" and "libxmlrpc-lite-perl" wont let 1 install or download
"gdb-arm-none-eabi" package came up with errors while installing log is
below
error log that caused Installation to stop is along with it on bottom
